Refund Policy

30-Day return window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Final-sale items
• Underwear and socks (if packaging is opened)

How to start a return

1. Email support@leafrt.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Securely pack your items and include the order details inside.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, request an exchange in your email. Exchanges are processed upon availability.

Return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. We will make it right.
